Sea buckthorn fruit soup

1L (4 cups) water

1.5 dl (150 ml or ~ 1/2 cup) sea buckthorn juice concentrate

5 tbls potato starch

1.5 dl (150 ml or ~ 1/2 cup) sugar

1. Measure water, sugar and potato starch into a pot and heat at low tempurature until mixture thickens. Occasionally stir with wisk. Remove

2. Add Seabuckthorn juice in the end and mix.
